Massage therapy/manual treatments

Book yourself in for a therapeutic massage that eases your body from stiffness or pain. Drawing from different techniques (deep tissue, trigger points, myofascial release, reflexology, Shiatsu points, assisted stretches, Reiki, and Thai yoga massage). A fully clothed treatment such as Bodylight® treatment or Thai yoga massage is also available. Contact me for more details.

Group sessions

Join us for a morning Bodylight® session (a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Qi-Gong) to increase the energy that will support you all day. The evening Bodylight® session offers a blissful 15-20 mins of Yoga Nidra to wind down for a calm, deep sleep. Perhaps you are a dedicated yogi/yogini and want to deepen the yogic practice at the Friday morning session. 

*Tuesday mat class can be outdoor - weather permitting

What is Yoga, Pilates, Bodylight®?

A relaxed mind that focuses on the movement of the body coordinated with the breath, for a pain-free, better quality of life. You will receive an individually-tailored session in a safe and calm environment that allows you to dive deeper into your self-awareness and self-acceptance. Small group sessions allow individual attention and modification to all needs.
